  • Discreet Packaging:
    To ensure your privacy, our exterior packaging is 100% discreet. The “Ship From” name on your label will appear as “Brolast Labs.”

  • Safe-Arrival Guarantee:
    If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@brolast.com within 48 hours with a photo of the package.

  • Order Tracking:
    As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a USPS tracking link.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please double-check your shipping address. Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we cannot redirect the package.

  • International Shipping:
    Currently, Brolast™ only ships within the United States.
