• Is the packaging discreet?
  Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked black bubble mailers. The return address says “Brolast Labs,” and there is no mention of the contents on the exterior.

• How fast do you ship?
  We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from our Florida facility within 24 hours of your order (Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking number via email.

Usage & Sensation

• Does it cause numbing?
  No. Unlike Lidocaine sprays, Brolast is an astringent, not an anesthetic. It works by toning the skin to manage over-sensitivity while allowing you to maintain warmth and full sensation.

• Is it safe for my partner?
  Absolutely—provided you follow the “Wait & Rinse” protocol. By rinsing the area after absorption, you ensure no product is transferred during intimacy.

  Yes. Brolast™ is a water-based botanical serum. Once absorbed and rinsed, it is compatible with most standard protection.

• How long does one bottle last?
  One 5ml bottle typically provides 15 (6 pumps) applications
  One 10ml bottle typically provides 30 (6 pumps) applications
  Keep in dark/cool area for a 12+mo. self life after opening.

• What is in the formula?
  Our formula is simple and pure: Distilled Water, Propylene Glycol (as a carrier), Uncaria Gambir Extract, and Geogard ECT (a natural-compliant preservative).

• Is it made in the USA?
  While our Gambir is sustainably sourced from master harvesters in Sarawak, Malaysia, Each bottle of Brolast is hand-inspected and small-batch prepared in our Florida studio to ensure the highest standards of consistency and hygiene.
